TIM Plus

TIM Plus is a simplified version of our TIM Enterprise product. It focuses on the needs of small to medium enterprises. It provides a single, unified management and reporting interface for up to 400 users on up to five on-premise or cloud-based PBXs, including platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

Using a simple, intuitive, web interface, TIM Plus shields the user from the underlying complexity of its powerful call processing engine and multitude of modern features.

Log up to 5 sites
TIM Plus can log call data from up to 5 systems, so you can use a single system to serve all of your sites or a range of systems from different providers on each one, including collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

For installations that span more than one territory, there are over 200 localised tariff tables included with the product.

TIM Enterprise

TIM Enterprise is an award-winning call logging and analytics package, designed specifically for larger organisations.

It’s a true enterprise solution, allowing you to handle the more complex call routing and handling often found only on larger or more complex sites.

Regardless of how your business is structured, whether it’s a large centralised site or an entire network of interconnected sites spanning the world, TIM Enterprise provides a single, centralised facility that allows you to manage your communications infrastructure more effectively.

Echo - Call Recorder

Add our Echo call recording module to TIM Enterprise and you get a fully integrated call logging and recording solution.

Our software-only VOIP recorder, Echo, complements the TIM Talk solution, providing call recording integration for both SIP and SCCP (Cisco Skinny) calls. Simply choose a strategic point in your network that is party to your VOIP traffic, then mirror it to a computer running Echo.

To record calls over PSTN, channels such as ISDN30 (PRI/E1/T1/J1), ISDN2 (BRI) or analogue POT lines, a piece of physical hardware is used to physically connect into your lines.

All calls from all sites can be centrally accessed without the network issues often associated with multi-site recording solutions. Encryption, notes facility, call audit and call scoring all included as standard.
