OpenScape Portfolio Product / Software Support (SSP) Price changes effective April 7th, 2025

With continuous cost increases impacting our manufacturing and procurement (including internal and supplier labor rates and component prices), Mitel is initiating pricing adjustments where we see the impact on the business. To ensure we deliver the OpenScape portfolio as you expect, Mitel is now purchasing components at a higher cost than previously designed for our pricing. While we aim to minimize these effects, some cannot be fully absorbed, resulting in global price list adjustments.
Mitel’s GLP (Global List Price) on selected OpenScape hardware and software (HW/SW) items and Software Support (SSP) will increase effective April 7th, 2025.
Hardware Price Changes
These price increases are for specific hardware components and do not impact all portfolio items. They are calculated based on the current manufacturing costs per order position. The following OpenScape portfolio elements are affected:
- OpenScape Platforms and Solutions:
- OpenScape Business
- OpenScape 4000
- OpenScape Cordless Enterprise (Classic DECT) and DECT IP
- OpenScape Xpert
- OpenScape Branch / Session Border Controller
- OpenScape HiMed Accessories
- Mediatrix adapter/gateways
- Devices:
- OpenScape Desk Phone CP210
- OpenScape DECT handsets
A comprehensive list of affected HW/SW order positions with the old and new GLP can be obtained from your account manager.
- Regular Upgrade licenses (a la carte) across the portfolio will visibly increase starting July 1st, 2025.
- Promotional upgrades (Get Current positions) continue with existing pricing. To use the promotion, the customer must sign a multiyear SSP contract.

Price changes effective April 7th, 2025:
- OpenScape 4000 / OpenScape Voice redundancy licenses
- OpenScape HiMed
- Unify Phone Subscription Pricing
- OpenScape Business Fax License – Consolidation of UC User licenses with adjusted list price

To address increasing costs, align our combined portfolio after the Atos Unify acquisition, and better align with market standards, Mitel is increasing the price of Software Assurance (AKA SSP) by 3%, which will apply to all OpenScape products except the following:
- OpenScape Business – will receive no increase in Q2
- OpenScape Xpert – will receive a 25% increase in Q2 (Separate Sales Circular issued with details)

Where possible, we advise creating new quotes for pending opportunities to ensure bids remain valid for the entire duration of their price protection period.
