Chat in Unify Phone :
Mitel product management have confirmed with Viegli that field trials will begin in February 2025 for the much anticipated Chat feature within Unify Phone.
Viegli will be part of the field trial and have already scheduled an Update webinar in March to demonstrate this new feature.
Clearly, more information will follow but what we do know already is this.
The chat functionality uses Mitel Cloudlink and the connector for cloud link will be within the Unify Phone tenant.
At the moment this is believed to be a zero cost feature.
