We have the car valuation bot, the house valuation bot, Ozzy of course knows almost everything about OpenScape Business.The agent experience is epic too. Why?The main reason we changed, is so that we could show MiVB the same love and affection you see for OZBiz. You get good knowledge of a product by using it and working with it on a daily basis.We also needed a platform that can scale quickly and offer an amazing gateway for OMG. That had to be MiVB. We have the four-server environment with a MBG, MiCollab Server, MiVB call control platform and MCX.We use this omni channel platform in house, the OMG demo%u2019s all terminate with us. No matter if the contact is voice, web, email or social media we are answering these from the single pane of glass that is the Ignite front end.Connection between the MiVB and Workflow Studio is sublimely easy, you simply install the Cloudlink Gateway, plumb in some details and boom, you have secure SIP trunks between the two platforms..So, in summary.
